  3.     The manual for ATTRIBUTES OF POWER (AT.EXE) is distributed
  4. in DOS TEXT format.  For best results you should set your printer
  5. to 12 characters/inch (elite).  The file is called AT_DOC.TXT

  17. process of using it to control the attributes on your files (with
  18. an ease never before possible), you find that you have joyfully
  19. forgotten DOS's "dir" command.

  21.     If you're anxious to see some of what AT can do, after expanding
  22. the file from the archive file AT.ARC (command: arc x at.arc), simply
  23. type "at" and return.
